Q1. What kind of products does your eCommerce company sell?

Q3. What is your return policy?
A: We have a 30-day return policy for all products, if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Q4. How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Q6. What is your Refund & Replacement Policies?
If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team at support@infinityoverstock.com within 12 hours of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after the order has been delivered. However, we will accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team at support@infinityoverstock.com to guide you through the process.
Once we receive the returned item, it takes 1 to 2 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 3 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The returned item must be received by Infinity Overstock within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order. Any items received after thirty (30) days from the shipment date will not be accepted for a refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.

Q8. What are the shipping times?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days for the United States and Canada, Australia. For the United Kingdom and other countries, it may take up to 20 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place.
